My specialty includes 80s/90s semi-realism anime with applied chromatic aberration techniques, robotics/mecha, and science fiction. However, I am open to working with different art styles and genres. Below are examples of various commissions.

Terms of Services

WHEN REQUESTING A COMMISSON
- Provide a good quality reference image(s). Please try to avoid description only references- Commissions will be provided in the format of a 300 dpi JPEG or PNG- I will provide WIP images to show the progress of the commission.

ARTISTIC LICSENCING AND RIGHTS
- I reserve the full rights to the image and its use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased).- I may decline any commission request without question and/or for any reason.- I reserve the right to display commissioned pieces on my website(s), portfolio, blogs, etc.- If the client wants the commission to be private, please disclose the request immediately at the start of the project. However, an additional fee may be added in compensation. Once the commission has been agreed for private use, neither I nor the client, are allowed to post it anywhere in public websites under any circumstances.- If the client has any restrictions on where the art can or cannot be posted, similar to private commissions, this may entail an additional fee. This must also be stated before I accept the commission and will become a term of the commission. Neither I nor the client will be permitted to post the commissioned piece on websites that have been restricted.- Private commissions are for personal and non-commercial use only.- Commissioned work can be used for commercial purposes like book covers, special events, etc, but ONLY by the original client who requested the commission. Please ask if you are still uncertain about how you can use the commissioned work commercially.- You may NOT claim the work to be your own, have the original image itself set up for redistribution, modify the image, or use it for AI. Please provide credit when using the commissioned work.

PAYMENT
- Current method of payment is PAYPAL ONLY.- An invoice will be sent along with the completed image; once payment is made you will have access to your commission.- All completed artwork is nonrefundable.

REFUNDS AND DEADLINES
- A deadline may be set for the commission; however the length of the said deadline will be appropriately adjusted do to the type of commission requested.- Unjust deadlines will not be accepted.- Commissions begin in two phases: sketching and coloring. If a request for the refund is made during the sketching phase, only half of the amount will be refunded. There will be no refund during or after the coloring phase.- If I can no longer complete a commission I will give a full refund.
All completed artwork is nonrefundable.

IMPORTANT:
Everything listed above is subject to change at any time. If you purchase a commission before the changes occurred, you are obligated to the previous TOS. Anything purchased after the changes will be subjected to the new TOS.
